I am passionate about art, music, poetry, great minds, filmmaking, being in nature, preserving the environment, renewable energy, the constitution of the U.S., civil liberties, freedom, children, animals, family and friends.

I believe that as individuals, we are responsible for thinking for ourselves, and that as people of the United States, we are responsible for governing ourselves. I appreciate beauty in its many forms; kindness, integrity, blue skies, the songs of birds and laughing children, the look in a treasured lover's eye, a sip of divine wine, and the bite of a great beer, early morning in a dew-filled meadow, the last rays of the sun... there is so much beauty wherever you may choose to find it.
